Four modules that plug into LMD, Weld, Cut and Machine Simulation.
Add-ons share the same project, the same CAD kernel and the same digital twin as the core products. Activate what your process needs.
netvision LaserTools Add On Subdivision CAD brings subdivision modelling into the laser programming environment. Shape free-form bodies with a coarse control cage, add hard edges and corners where they belong, and rebuild scan meshes into clean surfaces within a defined tolerance. One step turns the result into a regular Brep body that every modelling command and every CAM operation accepts.
netvision LaserTools Add On Blade Repair scans the worn blade on the machine, aligns it to the nominal model and cuts the damaged tip back along the blade profile. Medial path, thin wall and multi-axis strategies rebuild the tip, the build-up is simulated as real geometry, and the program is verified on the digital twin of the machine before the first bead is deposited.
netvision LaserTools AddOn Scan Module records the part directly on the machine with a laser profile scanner and places every profile with the full machine kinematics. Scan paths are planned and simulated like any other operation. The cloud is cleaned, aligned to the nominal model and rebuilt into CAD surfaces that cutting, welding and deposition strategies use directly.
netvision LaserTools AddOn Robotics Module brings the laser strategies of CNC machines to industrial robots. Robot, linear track and positioner form one kinematic model of the cell, tool paths are translated into joint values by inverse kinematics and checked for collisions, joint limits and reachability. The result is written in the native language of the robot controller – without manual teach-in.
