For remote sessions we use Supremo – no installation, no account. Start the tool, call us and tell us the ID and password shown.
Download the remote support tool (Windows, approx. 8 MB). It runs without installation.
Open Supremo.exe. It shows your ID and a password. Nothing happens until you share them with us.
Call +49 (0) 731 550 493 0 and tell us your ID and password. You can end the session at any time by closing the tool.
